You are given a body so why not use it in every way you can to center and expand this human experience? Movement is an immediate and transformative tool. It is an active meditation that doesn’t need technique - to express shapes, textures and patterns of the body. The body, when in motion, illustrates the thinking mind, allows us to move from emotional tension to creative tension to creative expression.
The invitation is to start from where you are. Embodied awareness is more than just following impulse and desire. Your body in motion has the capacity to reveal, unravel, heal and ground you to what is essential. It is the vessel from which you learn to breathe more fully, articulate more clearly and relax more deeply - an act of transformation from the inside out.

4WTF Movement practices are an invitation to turn life into a fierce and honest dance that is whole, healthy and free of restrictive patterns. There is clear guidance. Music and silence are used intermittently to deepen explorations that are designed to get us unstuck. Mindful practice and development of the witness role help to integrate an embodied life.
Four aspects of relating

I know myself as mystery itself.
Sudden transformations are possible!
When the body moves in new and unusual ways - whether contained/tight or loose/natural, or wild/soft - the dance floor has much to reveal. Sometimes you will be alone and sometimes alongside others. Movement offerings are a safe ground to say hello to shadows and heal some old wounds. You will greet your own blood, bones, organs - earth, sea and sky. You will be asked to stand in, around and outside of your comfort zone, to soften, to yield, to watch and to push through and at times even be more gutsy than you ever thought possible. You might develop a sudden sense of belonging to something greater than yourself.
