You get to ask questions about absolutely anything!
Once you start asking questions, wisdom grows like a wildfire.
Asking questions is the first way to begin positive change.

There are some mysteries in this vast universe that can only be revealed to us when we continuously activate and probe our innate sense of curiosity, awe and wonder. Asking questions like, who am I? what am I? what is this? can produce transformative insight and alleviate unnecessary human hardship. The challenge in this modern age is that we may not have time or space to really investigate our inner and outer realities. We might believe google has made us collectively smarter and in many ways, it has but as our factual knowledge base increases, many people are experiencing an erosion of their innate investigative wisdom muscle that eventually leads to creative innovation and more importantly to a direct understanding of the mysteries of existence. We often asked questions about the world around when we were young children. For young children, seeking explanations and intimate relationships to the natural world were as deeply rooted a drive as seeking food or water. For adults, cultivating wisdom is often forgotten amidst the demands of everyday life. Without question and a sincere interest to understand, personal evolution stagnates. It’s not enough to just quiet your mind. The next question is…What will you do with your quiet mind? How will you activate the radiant intelligence of your mind to powerfully transform a world desperately calling all of us to start asking deeper and more powerful questions about how we can all live a life that is meaningful.

As a result of many years teaching and helping people move through the stickiness of life, Evangelos is excited to share his helpful hints and suggestions. His organization co-founded with his partner Nishta Matarese, Four Ways to Freedom is focused on Money (business, vision, archetypes) Movement (the body), Mindfulness (contents of mind, shadow) and Mystery (embracing the unknown with confidence). Let’s learn together!

Evangelos isn’t going to give New-Age fluffy soundbite advice like make a gratitude list (It’s not a bad idea bit it’s overused and not very original). He will offer proven ancient and contemporary guidance to help you make positive life decisions.

So…Try and meditate on your questions beforehand and craft them as clearly as possible.

Questions to Ponder:

What is your plan to double your happiness in 2025?
How well do you understand your mind and emotions?
How do you improve relationships?
How does one use a spiritual crisis as an opportunity for transformation?
What are the best ways to alleviate overwhelm, burnout and stress?

“Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit;
wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad” Miles Kington
